You can earn money from by becoming a Red Snapper partner by: create your own store using your photos and images and link to it from your blog or MySpace or Facebook page.

HOW TO START EARNING MONEY

1. Open an account.

To get started you first need to have a Red Snapper account or Register to open one.

Then you need to upgrade your account by following the steps below and registering to become a Partner.

2. Create your Public Name

Now you have created your account go to your Settings page and create a Public Name and save it. You will probably want to create a memorable public name to make it easy for friends to search for your images.

2. Partner Registration

Click on the Partner button at the top right of the Settings form to bring up the page below. Have a look at our Terms and Conditions before clicking the Register button. Once you have registered, all sales of photo gifts that use your contributed photos will receive commission automatically.

3. Create a gallery and prepare your photos to show friends and family.

You now need to upload your JPEG images into your gallery using the Upload button in your Galley page. For a more detailed explaination about uploading your photos please see our FAQ help file

By default your gallery pictures are private and not available for other people to look at or purchase. However when you select an image to be included in your store it will be availble for other people to look at.

4. Create your Store

Select the photo for you store and press theStore button to add the image to your store.
Use the Edit button to enter a description of the photo so users can search for it.
Select all the products you require by holding down the CTRL button on your keyboard and clicking on the product.
Press Save when you are happy with your selection (the image will be shared if it is not already).

5. Earn money by linking friends and colleagues to your Store

Now you can copy the web address shown in your browser, and email it to your friends family and colleagues.
You can also add the link to your store to your blog , Facebook or MySpace page.

Each time your product is sold you will receive a 10%commission on the purchase.

You can view your Store, as others would see it from the store option on your menu, or you can call the store page directly with the web address shown in your browser:

6. Creating Product Shots.

Rather than using just the image to below Red Snapper photo of the product, you can create your own product shot.

If you are family with Photoshop or image editing software you can create you product shot and then upload it to your store
It is important to assign the relevant single product against your product shot . It will not be possible to assign
multiple products choices to a single image - as it would be if you supplied only the image.

If you create product shots we also need the original high resolution copy of your photo/design uploaded to your gallery and made public so we can create the product shot.

7. Viewing your Comission

You can view the users that have signed up using your public name from the partner page available from the Settings page. This will show any purchases made and any commission owed to you.

Your commission payments are visible from the settings page as soon as an order is paid for. We usually pay you comission in the form of a voucher which you can use to buy photo gifts or email to someone else for them to use.

If you regularly make large amounts of commision we can arrange to pay you by PayPal transfer if you prefer.
