You can decorate both sides of the MYPOD cover and its sides. However, the
front and back of the cover need to be treated differently.
The back cover is the main area for your design and should be the focus of
your creation. It has a panoramic shape 45mm x 95mm excluding the side areas
The front cover is more limited because of the holes in the cover for the
display and the click wheel which leave only a small space for your design.
The left and right hand sides of the cover connect the front and back.
They are approximately 5mm in size - please see template. It is best to try
to keep important details of your design away from this area.
The top and bottom edges are extremely limited areas for design, because of
the holes for earphones and dock connector and only a small amount of your
deign if any will appear here. For this reason it is best to try to keep
important details of your design away from this area too
In order to manufacture your MYPOD front and back cover your file need to be
sized to 300 dpi @ 55mm* 100mm for the best results. This size includes the
sides- please see template.
When you have completed your design please place it on a square white
background with your name and the design's name. Please also add a display
and wheel showing for our gallery - please see template.
